In re-designing our support page, our highest priority has been to enable our customers to resolve their issues with D&B products and services as quickly as possible. Using a series of dropdowns, "Did You Knows" and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's), our goal is to lead you to the fastest resolution path for your issue or question. This will include self-service tools such as DUNS Manager, along with conventional channels such as phone, chat, and online support cases. As part of the redesign, we have also taken the opportunity to streamline our chat process.

Using your existing D&B Log In, which is your business email address, you can use the Digital Service Center to invoke the most appropriate contact channels. The log in passes your contact information and reason for contact to our Customer Service Agent, expediting our service to you. It also adds a layer of security, protecting all your contact information.
